Our Rock-Solid Guarantee is meant to cover material and manufacturing flaws and failures, not ordinary wear and tear or “wilfully” damaged products.  

We can not accept returns for the following: 

Products damaged by misuse, improper care, and negligence.

Products showing extreme abuse.

Products showing the original design were altered by cutting or removing parts. 

Products lost or damaged in natural disasters, fire, or accidents

Products or labels we do not sell 

Repetitive abuse of our return policy.
