Important to Note: 

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product. Bull Guard cannot issue refunds on products older than 90 days from the date of purchase. 

Processing Time for Exchanges: The exchange depends on our stock availability. Should your selected item be out of stock, we will promptly notify you, offer an estimated restocking estimate and the option to select different items.  

Processing Time for Returns: Upon receipt and assessment of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
